Questions and answers
Does Tatspire hold my deposit?
No. A studio can ask for a deposit and tells you how to pay it. You pay the studio directly; Tatspire never receives that money.
What is the healing diary?
After your appointment you can add notes and photos under My appointments. Your studio sees them and can help if something looks wrong. If you pick “I am worried”, the studio is told right away.
Can I sign the consent form in the app?
If your studio uses it, yes: under My appointments you can read the form and sign it before your visit.
What reminders will I get?
Before your appointment: a reminder two days and three hours before. After a tattoo appointment: care tips right away, and reminders on day 1, 4 and 14, plus a note after about seven weeks about a touch-up.
What if the artist is ill?
The studio can move your appointment. You get a message with new times to pick from, or the studio proposes one. You can also say you cannot come.
Is my library private?
Yes. Your ideas, photos and sketches stay on your device or encrypted if you sync. Only what you send to a studio or publish is seen by others.
